Quick answers, honestly.
How long does shipping take?
We pack and ship every order ourselves from Rexburg, Idaho. Orders ship within 1–2 business days, and most arrive in 3–5 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more.
My honey crystallized. Did it go bad?
No. Real honey naturally crystallizes over time. To loosen it up, set the tube in a bowl of warm water (about 95–100°F) for 15–30 minutes and knead it gently. Never microwave it. Read more in our Journal.
What's your return policy?
Because honey is a food product, we can't accept returns of opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@idahogoldproducts.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund, your choice.
Is your honey actually all from Idaho?
Yes. We buy from multiple Idaho beekeepers and never blend in imported honey. Every batch is traceable back to the beekeepers who produced it.
Why don't you pasteurize?
Pasteurization heats honey above 161°F to extend shelf life and slow crystallization. It also breaks down natural enzymes and dulls the flavor. Our honey is never pasteurized. To make our flavors, we warm it to blend in real fruit and spice.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the U.S. only. Sign up for our newsletter on the homepage to hear when that changes.
Is the honey safe for kids? For pregnancy?
Honey of any kind, raw or pasteurized, should never be given to babies under 12 months old because of the risk of infant botulism. For older kids and adults, honey is an everyday food. If you're pregnant or have a specific health concern, check with your doctor.
